A New Phone A New Password To Remember
Jess had only had his new blackberry for a few days but he already loved it. He was glad he had chosen this upgrade option. The features of the phone were perfect for his busy life. He was able to set up his schedule with reminders to alert him of upcoming events. He was able to receive his email in a snap. His boss could send him bids and quotes easily, which made his job more productive. The only problem he had encountered thus far was a user error. When attempting to check his email the first day he realized, “I forgot my blackberry email username.” He could think of his username and password for every other email account he had. Unfortunately he couldn’t think of this one. A call to customer assistance, followed by confirming his identity, quickly fixed this problem though. He was up and running again in a matter of thirty minutes or so. The support staff had been very helpful and courteous. Jess was certain that the blackberry was definitely the right choice.
