My Favorite Breakfast Blend

Making pancakes in the morning is really the nicest thing because it’s the best breakfast that was ever invented. Tangerine Mango Blast

I spent today searching round the library today for a book all about the metabolism. I really want to make a change to mine because it is very slow and all I ever do is put on weight despite me really watching everything that I eat. I found a few useful books but most of them all said the same thing. I did find a useful list though of foods that speed up metabolism, which was very interesting as I had no idea that just by eating certain healthy foods that you can burn calories as they body is forced to work extra hard in order to break these foods down. So despite the fact these foods are healthy they also burn calories, this sounded quite unbelievable at first but it really is true so I will be out in search of these foods in order to build a new diet around them.
