Best Wine Cooler

Tannins are brownish or yellowish compound found in most plants and fruits. This compound binds and precipitates protein particularly the one in our saliva. It can also affect the wine’s color, texture, aging, and taste. With improper storage of wine, it can cause a destruction of its tannin which affects the wine’s taste, color, and texture. Ultraviolet rays from the sun are a primary cause why there is a destruction of tannins in wines. Therefore you need to store your wine in a safe and proper storage. The Whynter WC-211DZ 21 Bottle Dual Temperature Zone Wine Cooler is the best to use since you can store your favorite wines with it and also keep them from being exposed to sun’s ultraviolet rays and extreme warmness. If you have wine coolers with you then you can be able to save money from expensive wines you bought with you and also you can be secured that these wines are in a safe place.

Bacardi Coco Rum

The Bacardi Coco, which means coconut in Spanish, combines the rich tropical coconut flavor with the pure goodness of the Bacardi Rum. In order to fully enjoy this coconut taste, coconuts are steeped so as to be able to release all that striking exotic goodness. The brew is then filtered and the result is a dry, clean drink with real rich coconut aroma and taste. It is a type of white rum and is light but it can still get you drunk so beware.

The taste of the Bacardi Coco may appeal to many. The taste is distinctly coconut without being too overpowering. The creamy sugary taste is just right. The intense coconut flavor is just perfect together with pineapple or cranberry juices. Mix in some triple sec and you have your own cocotini. If you love the taste of coco rum, there are so many cocktail recipes out there. So go ahead and try them now!

Paso Robles Joins the Wine Elite

Paso Robles Joins the Wine Elite

It seems every few years in the wine world, there is a new region which is described as the “Next Napa” or the next worldwide wine capital. Of course, very few regions ever live up the billing long term. Santa Barbara suffered this fate after Sideways put the region on the worldwide wine map, but quality and production haven’t taken the huge steps forward which many had hoped for, including my wine club

Paso Robles recently had a winery and a wine named as Wine Spectator’s wine of the year in 2010. A huge accomplishment and the first for a California wine not crafted from grapes in Napa or Sonoma. Scores from other more recent vintages have continued their assent, with a high number of wines scored at 95 points or higher by major wine critics. It appears that a strong winegrowers association and an established group of wine tourists driving from Los Angeles and San Francisco, mean that the quality in Paso Robles may truly make it the next worldwide wine capital.

The Great Coffee Connoisseur

I’m really so enslaved by a cup of coffee that I have almost sampled each and every assortment and taste of coffee that is available. Because of my achievements in sampling hundreds of flavors of coffee, many of my friends consider me as the coffee connoisseur or expert. The explanation of why I am lucky enough to get this done is mainly because I in fact became a member of a gourmet coffee online club member’s program around two years back that will give you the opportunity to test plus taste different types of their coffee beans each and every month. Just what I normally do is get new flavours and varieties from month to month to test out coffee flavors. So what I learned is that the vanilla flavour gourmet coffee seems the best and I usually make sure I order this particular fine coffee bean flavor from month to month.
